Not So Good news!

A friend of mine recently went through a very traumatic time in their relationship. The couple had just bought a house together and thought that would be it for the rest of their lives. Unfortunately she had met someone else. The relationship ended. Neither one of them could buy the other out so they had to carry on living in the same household for two years. Eventually the situation has resolved itself and he has finally moved out into a small flat and no longer lives in his dream home.

The situation could have been much less painful had they let us help them.42-15641366

What could we have done to help them?

We could have rented the house out for them and given them a payment every month to pay the mortgage.  We would have looked after the property and made sure it was maintained and well cared for . At sometime in the future we could have bought the house from them for a price agreed now.

This would have solved their problems and allowed them to get on with making a new life for themselves.

Could we help you if you are experiencing something similar. Can we help to make life a little simpler and allow you to concentrate on making a fresh start
