 There are some good ones and unfortunately there are a lot of not so good ones. We’ve all got a story to tell about the worlds most hated profession

 At the moment Eileen is trying sell her flat. First of all they :

 Double booked themselves so that they had to arrange a new time

  • They suggested a valuation which they are now trying to get her to drop
  • They sometimes take days to come back to her
  • They forgot to tell her when the house she was supposedly buying went back on the market

 Another friend of mine used a letting agent who ran off with the deposits. An agent we once used forgot to tell us for three weeks that the tenant hadn’t paid the rent. There are some real horror stories.

 There is another way. I guess you are thinking – This is a scam! Will I be ripped off ! This is too good to be true. They won’t give me the price what I want for my property.

What can we do for you?

Think of this like a when a company leases a car, say your car. They will look after the car, make sure its used and well maintained and will pay you monthly for the right to use the car. At the end of so many years they can then purchase the car from you if they wish.
